Our Promise to You

At Polipala, we stand behind the quality and durability of every Band Saw and Air Compressor we sell. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the delivery date.

All returned products must be unused, undamaged, and include all original packaging, tags, and manuals.

We also provide a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty for products found to have defects resulting from manufacturing or material faults.


30-Day Return Policy – No Questions Asked

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • All packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
  • The product must be returned in its original box

📦 Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our mistake.

💰 Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund (minus any shipping fees) within 3 business days to your original payment method.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please email us at 📧 Support@polipala.com with:

  • Your reason for return or exchange
  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable)

Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and shipping instructions. You may be asked to share tracking information after sending the item.


Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, wrong item ordered, etc.), the customer pays the return shipping.
  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, Polipala covers the return shipping cost.

Order Cancellations

Before Shipment (within 24 hours):
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Simply email us at Support@polipala.com with your order number.

After Shipment (after 24 hours):
You can refuse delivery, and once the product is returned to us, we’ll refund the order amount minus shipping charges.


Returns & Exchanges – Common Scenarios

🛠️ Defective or Faulty Products
If your item arrives defective, contact us before returning it.
We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund after verification.

📦 Wrong Item Received
If you received an incorrect product:

  • You can keep it and receive a partial refund, or
  • Return it for a replacement at no cost to you

Email us at Support@polipala.com with your order details and images.

🚚 Item Damaged in Transit
If your package appears damaged at delivery, refuse it and contact us immediately.
Alternatively, send us photos or videos showing the damage.
We’ll confirm with the shipping carrier and then issue a replacement or refund.

📬 Lost or Missing Package
If your order is lost or delayed, contact us with your order number and tracking ID.
We’ll open a case with the courier and resolve it within 7 business days.


Warranty Coverage & Exemptions

All Polipala products include a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty covering defects due to workmanship or materials.

❌ Not Covered:

  • Regular wear and tear
  • Accidental or intentional damage
  • Misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification
  • Improper installation or storage

If a product has been misused or altered, the warranty will be void.
Replacement parts can be purchased at cost, including shipping.


Filing a Warranty Claim

To start a warranty claim, please email us with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Steps you’ve taken to troubleshoot
  • Product code (from packaging or manual)
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the defect
